Okay though I've gone through 3 months of yoga in a room set at 40 degree celsius before, I must say that I'm still feeling a little jittery about tomorrow's yoga lesson!
Yes I've signed up for yoga again. The fortunate thing is, I do not have to pay exorbitant fees this time as it's being heavily subsidised by the bank... only $10 for 4 times a month! But is it good? Let's see...
I really want to be more healthy and fit and I know I haven't been putting in conscientious effort into it. The Shape run's 10km run is just 2 weeks plus away and I have not been even running 5km. It's time to repent!
I've got 3 10km runs for the next consecutive 3 months. Perhaps this should serve as some nice motivation so that I can at least be fit enough for the half marathon by end of the year, I hope. Ha.
I've been trying to lose those stubborn 3kg so that I can uh erm, attain my ideal weight. But I guess I shan't get too obsessed about that. Nothing still beats more than doing a great class of kickboxing and a satisfying run.
This is it! I'm going to work towards achieving a more healthy lifestyle and I hope it's not too late. :)
