How are you?

Seriously nothing beats a worthy session of cardiovascular workout after a boisterous and frenzied day at work. I love it when beads of perspiration indicating effort roll down parts of my body. I feel reinvigorated and readily reconstructed to face another day's taxing issues.

How have I been? My being is pretty good these days. Although work still very much remains exasperating, or more rather, I think I have learnt to cope with my expectations and manageability level. I'm happier, looser and has realised the importance of retaining peace in my mind.

There are some I-wish-to-do things but the procrastinating side of me is acting up again. FRM, Japanese language classes, research with Dan on HDB flats availability, increase more resistance training for the sun-down marathon... So... what now?

I can't wait to be in Hong Kong from 18-22 March.

In fact, I can't wait for March to come, the letter dictating your increment and bonus (if any this year). Haa.

My body has gotten its just desserts during kickboxing class just now. It should recuperate now.

Sweet dreams. I hope you've been good.
