Tampines 1's opening!

Like a lot of nosy and inquiring Singaporeans, we also made our way to the grand opening of Tampines 1 Mall, mainly to involve ourselves in the Uniqlo crowd. But you know what, I gave up entering Uniqlo due to the discouraging though expected buzzing crowd. We were being informed we'd to queue at least 30 mins to go in hence we relented in queueing in the end.

We were glad that we managed to go Manpuku for dinner hence the trip wasn't that wasted afterall. It's like a Shokudo-alike concept Japanese gourmet foodcourt but I kinda prefer its ambience and standard of food than Shokudo's actually. We will go there again!
